In order to minimize no-shows, we now require a deposit of $35 per person at the time of booking. When making reservations, please make sure your payment has gone through as the booking is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure funds have been deducted from their nominated account.
If we cannot meet your request via online booking, this probably means that the desired date and time is fully booked.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations at our discretion.
We can only hold the table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we cannot accommodate the reservation as it delays the next seating.
If you would like to cancel, please call the restaurant at least forty-eight hours in advance, and we will issue a refund with 10% cancellation fees. The reservation becomes non-refundable 24 hours prior to your booking.
